With more than 15 years at one of the nation’s leading builders, Darcy works closely with owners, designers, and construction teams to advance built-environment strategies that align architectural vision, stakeholder collaboration, and long-term operational success.

Darcy brings deep experience supporting developer led and private corporate projects, public entities, museums, historic landmarks, and civic destinations both as new construction and those involving renovation, adaptive reuse, and the careful stewardship of culturally significant assets. Her early career in the commercial furniture industry helped shape a passion for design excellence and detail, with a consistent focus on the human experience within the built environment.

Darcy brings a national perspective informed by professional experience in Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Houston, and Kansas City. Her civic engagement reflects a long-standing commitment to arts, culture, and community development. Darcy holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Kansas State University and resides in the Kansas City area with her husband; they have three grown sons.
